Future Leaders Programme (FLP)
The Future Leaders Programme (FLP) is CCKSS’s flagship four-year development programme for Higher Ability Learners (HALs) with the curiosity, drive and potential to lead. More than an enrichment experience, the FLP is a distinctive journey designed to stretch students intellectually, nurture their socio-emotional well-being and shape them into confident young leaders committed to excellence, innovation and service to nation and community.
Students enter CCKSS with unique gifts, aspirations and needs. Through the FLP, we provide a purposeful and supportive environment where these strengths can flourish into talents. Students are challenged to think deeply, explore boldly and remain motivated as they grow alongside like-minded peers and dedicated mentors.
Across four years, FLP students embark on a carefully designed progression of exclusive workshops, enriching learning journeys, mentorship opportunities, research and community projects. They learn to investigate authentic issues through research methods and design thinking, collaborate with Innovation Mentors under MOE’s Innovation Programme, and transform ideas into meaningful solutions. In their senior years, students extend their learning beyond the classroom by serving the wider community—developing the conviction, capability and heart to make a lasting difference.
