Congratulations on your child’s/ward’s posting to Chua Chu Kang Secondary School! We look forward to welcoming you to our family come 2024. We will be conducting our Secondary 1 Registration Day online, so you do not need to be physically present in our school.

The Principal’s live webinar would be via Zoom on Thursday, 21 December 2023, 9 am to 10 am.
We are unable to send the information on Zoom link and password for Principal’s Webinar through Parent Gateway at this moment due to technical issues. We will send at the earliest possible time once the technical issues are resolved.
Naming Convention When Joining Principal’s Webinar
To help us identify participants, we seek your assistance to use the following profile naming convention when logging in:

Do note that you will not be admitted to the webinar if the naming convention is not duly followed. Thank you for your kind understanding.
Step 2: Online Registration (Compulsory)

Step 3: Purchase of Books and Sale of Uniforms
The sale of school uniforms and textbooks for Secondary 1 students will be held in our school bookshop on 20, 21 and 22 December 2023, 9am to 3pm (kindly avoid lunch hours: 12pm - 1pm) and 23 December 2023, 9 a.m. to 11:30am.
Do note that there are other available dates from 26 December onwards for purchase of books and uniforms; however 20-23 December are set aside specifically for incoming Sec 1 students.
Alternatively you may purchase textbooks, stationeries, and school uniform online. Please click the (link) to access the portal to purchase online.
Step 4: Getting Ready for the First Day of School
The 2024 school year will start on Tuesday, Jan 2 2024. Click on the (link) to find out more on the orientation week.
School Transfer Appeals After Release of Sec 1 Posting
Transfer requests into or out of Chua Chu Kang Secondary School following the Sec 1 Posting results are subject to special considerations and circumstances (eg: medical conditions) and available vacancies.
Transfer Into Chua Chu Kang Secondary School
To appeal for transfer into Chua Chu Kang Secondary School, please click on the (link) for the online registration form to submit your application. Please note that applicants will be considered based on cut-off point (COP) and available vacancies. Applicants will be informed if they are put on the waiting list. While on the waiting list, students must report to their current posted school.

Transfer Out of Chua Chu Kang Secondary School (medical reasons)
To transfer out of Chua Chu Kang Secondary School due to medical reasons, parents/guardians are to come down to the General Office to obtain the transfer out form and submit the form by 12 noon on Thursday 21 December 2023. Any transfer out requests after this deadline will not be considered.
