Discovery Week: Learning, Service and Growth
Discovery Week provided students with meaningful opportunities to learn beyond the classroom through hands-on experiences, community engagement and future-focused learning.
Secondary One students explored the world of programming and electronics, developing foundational digital skills for an increasingly technology-driven future. They also participated in beach clean-up activities, raising environmental awareness and contributing to sustainability efforts through meaningful action.
Secondary Two and Three students broadened their perspectives through learning journeys to Childcare Centres and the Lifelong Learning Institute, gaining valuable insights into educational pathways, career opportunities and the importance of lifelong learning.
To strengthen class bonds and foster a sense of belonging, students enjoyed ice cream sharing sessions with their classmates and teachers. Parent-Teacher Conferences also provided an important platform for meaningful conversations, reflection and collaboration between parents and teachers to support students' academic progress, character development and overall well-being.
Through these diverse experiences, Discovery Week encouraged students to discover new interests, strengthen relationships and develop the skills, values and confidence needed to thrive both in school and beyond.
