Discovery Week: Learning Beyond the Classroom
Discovery Week provided students with exciting opportunities to learn beyond the classroom through a diverse range of experiential activities designed to develop resilience, teamwork, creativity and future readiness.
Secondary One students embarked on a memorable 3D2N camp, where they challenged themselves through outdoor adventures including team games, meal preparation and water rafting at Sentosa.
Secondary Two students strengthened their teamwork through community drumming, explored the planning of meaningful Values-in-Action (VIA) projects, and developed new skills through archery.
Secondary Three students experienced a variety of enriching activities, including dragon boating, bowling, songwriting workshops, museum learning journeys and industry visits that connected classroom learning with real-world experiences.
For the graduating cohort, Discovery Week focused on preparing students for the future through portfolio-building workshops, interview preparation sessions and talks by various polytechnics on the Early Admissions Exercise (EAE).
Across all levels, students also enjoyed dedicated time to bond with their peers and teachers through games and shared activities, fostering stronger relationships and school spirit.
Discovery Week was a meaningful celebration of learning beyond the curriculum, empowering students to discover new interests, build lasting memories and develop skills that will serve them well in the future.
